KW Transitions Ranch is uniquely designed for young adult men who wish to experience life on a historic cattle ranch and receive training in trade skills such as welding, auto mechanics, ranching, animal husbandry, horsemanship, and much more.

Young men develop a strong sense of responsibility and self-reliance. They come to learn, grow, and thrive!

Program Overview

KW Transitions is designed to immerse young men into a thrilling ranch life where they will learn to navigate challenges, build life-long confidence, and gain motivation.

Program Description

Hands-on experience with trained, positive role models.

Vocational Training

Introduction to skills such as welding, auto mechanics, animal husbandry, culinary, etc.

Independent Living Skills

Learn necessary life skills like budgeting, organization, cooking, laundry, shopping, etc.

Animal Interaction

Interact with animals on a daily basis- dogs, cats, horses, cows, pigs, goats, chickens, sheep, rabbits, and more.

Horesmanship

Take part in horsemanship and learn everything from the basics to participating in actual cattle drives on the range.

Equipment Operation

Learn the valuable skills of operating, servicing, and maintaining ranch and farm equipment.
